I couldn't wait to share this accidental recipe! I started out thinking I was making scones, but the batter quickly had other ideas!

This could easily be enjoyed as pumpkin spice muffins with no frosting. They came out amazing without!
If you have a big sweet tooth, the frosting can't be beat!
