This Protein Bread is one of the simplest recipes that has been the most impactful in our daily eating habits!


I often get asked things like, "but don't you miss sandwiches?" or "What about pizza?" This is a game changer and so easy to make. There are a lot of variations out there on the internet that have you make bread loaves or rolls, but honestly, I found mine falling flat too often to count. As a busy mom of 3 I just don't have the time to waste! Not to mention the price of ingredients! We use these bread flats for breakfast sandwiches, mile-high lunch sandwiches and so many other things! Pop on some sugar free pizza sauce, pepperoni, and a sprinkle of cheese and toast for a quick pizza snack!
